Congratulations to
Maribel Perez who took 6th place at the Carrollton Lady Warriors Wrestling Tournament. While you were enjoying your long weekend, the ladies were striking fear in the hearts of their opponents all over NE Ohio. We have had someone place in every tournament we have attended this year - both boys and girls.
Our boys wrestle at Austintown this Saturday for sectionals. The top 4 move on to the Hoover district the following week.
Our ladies will wrestle next on March 5th at Mentor. The top 16 will move on to the State tournament. We have girls with the potential to make history and be some of the first state contenders in the history of OHSAA.
