Athletics Week of Sept. 14, 2020
Thanks go out to Mrs. Merrell, Mrs. Delahanty and Mrs. Sabetta for helping to pull off a free physical event for North's athletes this past week. Between Wednesday and Friday, over 100 athletes received free physicals. Doctors from Children's Hospital and Crystal Clinic donated their time to make this happen.
Below is the schedule for Viking Athletics for this week. Tickets will be sold Monday for Tuesday and Wednesday night games, Wednesday for Thursday night's game and Friday for Saturday's football game. Everyone must have a ticket to enter either the gym or the stadium. No tickets will be sold at the door. There were people turned away at Ellet last week who showed up without a pre-sale ticket. Cross Country is at Goodyear Metro Parks so there is no ticket system. Soccer does not have a charge, but you still have to have a ticket to enter. There is supposed to be a system in place for Copley Soccer Complex as well, however that has not materialized so entry will be the same as in the past. Volleyball tickets are $3 and football tickets are $5. Tickets are sold to the student-athletes and their families first. Excess tickets can be sold to staff. Those will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email Mrs. Stewart if you would like any tickets this week.
