Art Show Set For March 11

Just wanted to remind everyone of the upcoming art show/contest that several of my students are participating in on Monday, March 11th. The Summit County Health Department visited the students to discuss health disparities, inequalities, and other unhealthy habits/issues that people struggle with on a daily basis. The students were then assigned the task of creating a painting that displays one of these issues. These painting will be displayed on Monday in the LEI room for viewing and judging. All staff is invited to vote for their favorite painting between 9:30-10:45. There will then be an awards ceremony for the students from 11-11:25. We hope that you have a chance to stop down and check out the work. They did an excellent job.
