Summit County is accepting applications for its 2018 Summer Youth Employment Program.
Youths between the ages of 16-24 as of June 1 may qualify for summer jobs offered by the Summit County Department of Job and Family Services. Youths - or their parent, guardian or designee - must register online for a first-come, first-served chance to participate.
"The skills and work experience gained through the Summer Youth Employment Program enable hundreds of young men and women to succeed throughout the rest of their lives," County Executive Ilene Shapiro said in a prepared statement.
